::new~found fwends::

it's always fun to meet new friends, get to know each other, and spend funfun times together...

i'm not one to have tons of friends but the few that i keep, i keep for good reason. they are people i trust, believe in, and look up to. they are the people to whom i would always be free when they need me. they are my 'comfort zone'...

and so i've had an opportunity to be-friend new people... and we've shared food, stories, laughter...

hopeful that these two foodtrips are just the start of great friendships...


dinner at jon and carol gane's crib @ merville, paranaque:

yumyum appetizers of garlic mushrooms, prawn crackers and veggie sticks, maincourse included veggie lasagna, korean beef stew, chicken roulade, and fried rice, capped with a yummy dessert of chocolate fondue and an icebox brazo de mercedes. talk about foodgasms!

gave jon, carol, and reef a little something to make their home more pinoy this cwismas:

laughed our hearts out playing scene it! with our glasses of wine, vodka, virgin drinks!

second dose of a group food trip was just last boni day -- nov.30!
lunch at edmond and arlene dazo's crib @ corinthian gardens, quezon city:

attendees: arlene, may, gemma, tere, chie, me

romaine lettuce, roasted asparagus and red bell peppers with some poppyseed dressing for salad, barbeque chicken and pork, prawns and squid, corn and java rice for the main course, mango torte and ice cream on belgian wafers for dessert.

next stop should be wedgewood... ;)
