araw ng mga puso ang naaalala ko.
hugis at kulay,
mga ala-alang karugtong,
pusong napa-tibok,
ang sumasaglit sa aking isip.
two of my favorites --
strawberries and carnations.
everytime i see these
i remember the day of love.
it's shape and color,
the memories that go with them,
a heart that learned to beat,
is recalled in my mind.
